Sessions are one-on-one conversations with your coach — typically 45 to 60 minutes via video or phone. Beforehand, your coach reviews your portal data so the session is focused on what matters most right now. Afterward, they update your goals, notes, and action items directly in your dashboard.
Just reach out to us. Coach fit matters — if it's not clicking after your first few sessions, we'll work with you to find a better match. We'd rather reassign you to the right coach than have you disengage from the process entirely.
