Futurra LLC ("Futurra", "we", "us", or "our") is a life coaching and goal-tracking platform based in Florida. We operate the website futurra.co and the Futurra client and coach portal. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website or services.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and city/state when you submit an inquiry or application
• Coaching profile data — goals, financial information, milestones, session notes, and action items that you or your coach enter into the platform
• Coach application data — professional background, certifications, bio, and background check consent submitted through our coach application form
• Communications — emails, messages, or other correspondence you send to us
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referring URLs collected automatically via server logs

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. All payment processing is handled by a third-party provider (such as Stripe) subject to their own privacy policy.

• Provide, operate, and improve our coaching platform and services
• Match clients with appropriate coaches
• Send you appointment reminders, session follow-ups, and account-related communications
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests
• Process coach applications, including conducting background checks with your consent

• Your assigned coach — coaches see the full coaching workspace for their own clients only. No coach can access another coach's client data.
• Background screening providers — for coach applicants who consent, we share necessary identifying information with a vetted third-party background check provider
• Service providers — we use third-party tools (such as email delivery and payment processing) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use role-based access controls to ensure coaches and clients can only access their own information. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take data protection seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request deletion of your account and data, we will fulfill that request within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business interest (such as records of completed transactions).

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of non-essential communications at any time
• Withdraw consent for background check processing (for coach applicants, prior to screening completion)
